Cybersecurity Engineer

📋 Description

• The Cybersecurity Engineer designs, implements, and maintains security controls and infrastructure
• Focus areas include threat detection and response, vulnerability management, endpoint protection
• Deploy, configure, and maintain SIEM, EDR, and SOC tooling; develop detection rules and alerts
• Conduct automated/manual vulnerability scans and integrate vulnerability management into CI/CD and
• Develop incident response plans, runbooks, and act as first responder for major incidents including
• Deploy endpoint protection across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms and manage BYOD security

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Security Engineering, SOC Operations, Incident Response, or Cybersecurity Operations.
• Hands-on with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), EDR (CrowdStrike, Defender), and vulnerability scanners.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security tool integrations.
• Strong Windows, Linux, and cloud (AWS/Azure) security knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/CS/IT or related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills; stakeholder management.
