• Senior, client-facing role for strategic enterprise accounts
• Act as trusted technical advisor on AI/data platforms
• Combine hands-on architecture with strategic account planning
• Collaborate with CS, engineering, product, and client teams
• Contribute to field engineering practices through docs and knowledge sharing
• Influence approaches across cloud, data, MLOps, and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical, architecture, or solutions engineering roles
• Experience with enterprise customers and senior technical stakeholders
• Experience in pre-sales and post-sales engagements
• Strong Linux systems administration and networking basics
• Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, IAM
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, GCP
