📋 Description

• Work at Park Apartments in Escondido, CA using AIR’s technology to maintain units and handle moves
• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members; perform apartment turns and basic

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency requests.
• Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment.
• Read, write, and speak English.
