Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Ops
• Facilitate discussions, document decisions, clarify priorities, actions, ownership
• Establish governance, reporting, exec communications, operating cadences
• Track performance via KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in Technical Program/Project Management or related field
• At least 2 years supporting fintech initiatives
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms
• Knowledge of financial regulations and controls (KYC, AML, etc.)
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and executives
