Finance Manager, Investment Program Lead

📋 Description

• Own the full financial planning and forecasting lifecycle for the Investment Program, including
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Sales leadership, and Sales Operations to establish and communicate
• Run day-to-day program operations: manage submission templates, coordinate investment review
• Build, maintain, and evolve the Investment Program dashboard and supporting AI skills; develop and
• Create and distribute MBR and QBR reporting packages with actionable insights for senior leadership
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across systems, tools, and processes — with a strong bias

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Field Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or related roles with a track
• Demonstrated ownership of large, complex, finance-led programs with strong project management
• Deep familiarity with the end-to-end deal cycle and the operational realities of a high-growth
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and contract management platforms (e.g., Ironclad)
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready reports and
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence
