Endpoint Service Desk Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise endpoint engineering initiatives across Windows and macOS environments.
• Own device lifecycle: imaging, provisioning, patching, config management, remediation.
• Implement and optimize endpoint management platforms (Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, Ivanti, KACE).
• Develop automated deployment and configuration controls for scalability.
• Maintain patch validation, testing, and rollback procedures.
• Support secure baseline enforcement and endpoint compliance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in IT, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least 6 years engineering experience in enterprise IT/endpoint environments.
• Proven leadership in endpoint engineering, automation, device management, imaging, patching, and
• Hands-on with Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, Ivanti, and/or KACE.
• Strong understanding of security, configuration management, patching, and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to create automation, validation, and remediation workflows.
