Test Technician (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Build wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and enviro simul equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware/software, update docs, train line techs, perform schedule maintenance
• Manage workload to meet deadlines and respond to critical requests
• Interpret released docs and informal sketches
• Identify design gaps and update docs to prevent recurrence
• Maintain clean, stocked, and orderly work area

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years electromechanical assembly experience
• Hands-on harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, test stations
• Strong communication for design/process improvements
• Excellent attention to detail; verify work
• Basic electronics theory knowledge
