📋 Description

• Design, architect, and own end-to-end delivery of prototypes and solutions
• Lead tech direction for AI, ML, and frontier tech with cross-functional teams
• Turn concepts into practical architectures and iterative solutions
• Use AI-assisted development, MCP, and LLMs to speed delivery
• Establish engineering practices: code reviews, quality, governance
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in software development, complex systems
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go
• Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
• Advanced AI-assisted development with LLMs and MCP
