Agentic AI Engineer (ITSM & Enterprise Automation)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and run AI-driven ITSM and enterprise automation workflows.
• Develop agentic AI workflows, apps, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Nexthink, Okta, endpoint
• Lead AI-enabled ITSM studio components: agents, workflows, apps, AI functions, integrates
• Design event-driven integrations with MCP/APIs, webhooks, triggers, and asynchronous patterns for
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases for enterprise knowledge
• Collaborate with security, identity, and observability tools to maintain governance and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an AI engineer or AI Ops Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, chatbot orchestration, and AI-driven employee
• Hands-on with OAuth 2.0, API authentication, and enterprise identity integrations.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph API; experience with Nexthink
• Experience designing and operating agentic AI use cases and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on with integration tooling (MCP, APIs, webhooks), event-driven patterns, and AI Functions.
