📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data center operations across the region, covering critical facilities, IT
• Lead the transition from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint, supporting
• Hire, manage, mentor, and develop data center managers and operational teams, building a strong
• Serve as the primary operational interface with external partners, including vendors, utilities
• Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and process standardization
• Establish and maintain operational excellence frameworks, monitoring practices, reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or comparable high-availability
• Proven experience leading data center operations teams, site managers, and multidisciplinary
• Strong understanding of critical environment infrastructure, including power, cooling
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, utilities, service providers, and other
• Track record of operating successfully in large-scale, high-availability environments where
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing

• Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD.
