Job Description
📋 Description
- Own end-to-end data center operations across the region, covering critical facilities, IT
- Lead the transition from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint, supporting
- Hire, manage, mentor, and develop data center managers and operational teams, building a strong
- Serve as the primary operational interface with external partners, including vendors, utilities
- Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and process standardization
- Establish and maintain operational excellence frameworks, monitoring practices, reporting
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or comparable high-availability
- Proven experience leading data center operations teams, site managers, and multidisciplinary
- Strong understanding of critical environment infrastructure, including power, cooling
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, utilities, service providers, and other
- Track record of operating successfully in large-scale, high-availability environments where
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing

- Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD.
