📋 Description

• Partner with GTM Strategists to translate business requirements, customer journeys, and
• Design, build, and optimize CRM architectures, workflows, automations, integrations, and connected
• Develop enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation to improve the
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve automation, data
• Build reliable data flows and operational processes across multiple GTM platforms and ensure
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists across paid media, content, delivery, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, MarTech, CRM
• Advanced HubSpot experience and working knowledge of Clay are required.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable CRM architectures, workflows, and
