ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for interpreting CT studies at the
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D/volumetric learning at large scale).
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images to radiology terminology and reports.
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points.
• Execute end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to production-ready results.
• Build custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML/DL, especially PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures/objectives/optimizers work, not just implementations.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate toward better models.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation skills.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
