📋 Description

• Shape and maintain global project scheduling standards across regions
• Support regional teams during tender and initiation with feasible baselines
• Review schedules for feasibility, quality, and risks
• Lead planning quality reviews, due diligence, and regional project reviews
• Train and coach regional schedulers on systems and best practices
• Promote high planning standards across international teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical discipline, engineering, PM, or related field
• 10+ years in project scheduling; strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project expertise
• Extensive knowledge of international execution practices in energy/infra/large-scale plants
• Experience training/mentoring project planning teams
• Strong planning methodologies, baseline development, risk, and schedule quality skills
• Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership across regions
