Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead quality control for DoD fueling facility maintenance and repair projects
- Develop quality plans, inspection requirements, testing protocols, and compliance procedures
- Provide quality leadership to project teams, contractors, and maintenance personnel
- Perform preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections to verify compliance with specs and codes
- Review maintenance plans, inspect materials/workmanship, oversee testing procedures
- Identify and track non-conforming work, implement corrective actions with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate engineer or construction management with 5+ years in fueling facility
- Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, repair methods, materials, and quality-control
- Familiarity with codes, regulations, and industry standards for construction quality
- USACE EM 385-1-1 training or knowledge
- USACE CQM-C certification or ability to obtain before start date
- CCQM, CQA, or similar quality credentials preferred
