Scientist - Global Pathogen Safety (Biologics / Plasma)

📋 Description

• Embedded in client site in Bern for PSS engagement
• Focus on pathogen safety activities in viral safety
• Support cross-functional stakeholders across TechOps, Reg Affairs, Manufacturing
• Plan/execute pathogen safety risk assessments for changes
• Prepare/ review pathogen safety docs and regulatory submissions
• Contribute to virus validation and QbD-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences
• 3–5 years in R&D, Quality, or related pharma/biotech
• GxP experience preferred; deviation/change assessments ideal
• Strong virology/biochemistry/microbiology expertise
• Fluent in English and German; cross-timezone collaboration
• Academic-only backgrounds without industrial exposure not suitable
