• Senior or Lead Product Designer with a track record shipping digital products.
• Hands-on builder who ships code or creates high-fidelity tools/prototypes.
• Experience with both B2C and B2B product landscapes.
• AI-forward mindset and ability to guide teams through AI-enabled design.
• Commercial acumen and ability to tie design to business outcomes.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Claude, Kiro) and user-centered methods.
