Principal AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• You will lead SEEK's AI Security program as senior technical engineer.
• Build, integrate and operate AI security platform (MCP, LLM gateways, prompt defenses).
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional architecture decisions.
• Balance rapid delivery with rigorous defense against AI-specific threats.
• Hands-on with Python/Go and AI security tooling in production.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security/AI/ML or platform engineering at principal/staff level.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM systems, MCP, RAG, model serving, AI threat landscape.
• Senior voice in cross-functional forums with influence on decisions.
• Experience with rigorous assessments translating to engineering guidance.
• Strong software engineering: Python, Go, TypeScript in production.
• Hands-on with LLM/agentic tech: proxies, gateways, MCP servers, tooling.
