Senior Consulting Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to enterprise customer projects: architecture, design, integration, migration
• Conduct technical research, benchmarking, and architectural assessments for customer needs.
• Provide consultative support during implementation, onboarding, production launches, and PoCs.
• Deliver hands-on architectural, migration, and development assistance for complex environments.
• Support technical cases across L1-L3 and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support
• Travel regionally for customer and team engagements (up to ~35% onsite).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Support, Engineering/SRE, or similar tech roles.
• 5+ years in scalable, fault-tolerant distributed DBMS operations/support.
• Strong breadth in DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, admin, and big data.
• Experience leading large-scale technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Direct enterprise customer experience, architectural guidance, migrations, or PoCs.
