- Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple countries
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers
- Ensure timely, accurate, compliant payroll
- Support month-end entries and audits
- Provide employee and manager payroll support
- Drive process improvements and documentation
🎯 Requirements
- 5 years payroll in a multinational environment
- Experience with complex multi-country payroll
- Advanced knowledge of German payroll
- Experience with external payroll partners
- Detail-oriented, analytical, process-minded
- Fluent in English and German; French a plus
