Launch Engineer, Dragon

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and operate Dragon flight hardware and ground support equipment
• Lead day-to-day launch site and vehicle processing activities for crew and cargo Dragon missions
• Evaluate requirements and define scope for capsule maintenance and processing campaigns
• Manage work orders, resolve non-conformances, and improve systems across configurations
• Investigate failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Design hardware/software tools to optimize processing and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering, or related field
• 1+ years in hardware development, integration, refurbishment, or related operations
