Cloud Support Administrator

📋 Description

• Remote role to support and optimize complex Azure environments across multiple client accounts.
• Join cloud escalations team responsible for resolving high-priority technical issues and
• Hands-on cloud administration, networking, security, automation, and incident management.
• Work with technologies including Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Site Recovery, Windows and
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code, scripting, CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices.
• Communicate complex technical challenges clearly to clients and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud support or cloud administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure administration; AZ-104 certification highly preferred; candidates without
• Experience supporting multiple client environments in a managed-services or similar environment.
• PowerShell, Bicep, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with networking and security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, policy management
