🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in AI, data, and software engineering with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience beyond single-project leadership, across multiple teams and programs.
• Strong Python production experience with API-driven systems at scale.
• Proven ability to architect and build production AI systems, incl. retrieval and multilingual
• Strong systems thinking and ability to lead complex programs and programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into credible architectures, scopes, and delivery models.
