Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Bridge between enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales to drive technical wins in complex deals.
• Architect payment solutions across regional/global infra and SEA.
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations to audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (payments/fintech/SaaS).
• Strong APIs, webhooks, SDKs; able to read code samples and explain tech concepts.
• Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, payouts.
• Experience with regional/global enterprise clients.
