Manager, Billing & Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, AR, and collections for a high-volume SMB and enterprise
• Oversee collections workflows and manage overdue balances.
• Monitor AR aging; identify risk accounts and improve DSO.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Support to resolve billing disputes and reduce churn.
• Ensure promotions, discounts, and pricing are reflected in invoices.
• Scale billing/AR for complex contracts, multi-location, and usage-based fees.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in billing, AR, or collections in fast-growth environments.
• Experience building billing/AR processes, systems, and controls.
• Experience with high-volume SMB and/or complex enterprise billing.
• Strong Excel and experience with NetSuite, Stripe Billing, Zuora, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• Operational judgment balancing customer relationships and collection priorities.
• Ability to work with incomplete systems; build scalable solutions.
