• Lead client engagements from strategy through execution.

• Guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor colleagues to ensure impactful delivery.
• Represent Sia at events and contribute to thought leadership and business development.

🎯 Requirements

• WO Master's degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent research.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to synthesize insights.
• Fast learner with strong communication, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Interest in Data Science, Generative AI, and sectors like Energy/Finance.
