ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at the study level.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D/volumetric).
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology.
• Build models to identify and prioritize multiple urgent findings with safe operating points.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to production readiness.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with ML/DL, especially using PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures/objectives/optimizations work.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
