📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing org of software engineers, managers, and leads.
• Set technology direction, standards, and debt strategy for the domain.
• Own shared platform services used by multiple teams as products for internal customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with leadership experience, including managers/leaders.
• Proven in building/managing custom apps or SaaS platforms in complex environments.
• Strong foundation, not hands-on coding; leadership with architecture/tech strategy focus.
• Experience defining systems-level architectural/tech strategy for teams or domains.
• Knowledge of order management, billing, revenue, or related commercial tech domains.
• Experience owning internally facing platforms/shared services used by multiple teams.
