• Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods, processes, tools, and

• Review project schedules for feasibility, completeness, and risks.
• Conduct planning quality assessments and regional reviews to strengthen scheduling reliability.
• Train, coach, and support regional schedulers on planning systems and best practices.
• Ensure qualification and availability of scheduling resources across global regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field or related area.
• 10+ years in project scheduling with expertise in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling practices in
• Experience training, coaching, or leading project planning teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, baseline development, risk identification, and
