📋 Description

• Lead a team of full stack and AI/ML engineers while coding 60–80% of the time
• Own delivery and technical quality of the team's roadmap
• Contribute hands-on in TS stack (React + Node)
• Raise technical bar via reviews, architecture, best practices
• Partner with leadership on team topology and direction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in software engineering
• Strong TS, Node.js, React; full-stack mindset
• Leadership experience with direct reports or mentoring
• Hands-on mindset, 60–80% coding
• Passion for growing people and teams
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of LLM/ML workflows
