📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing platform engineering team (Infrastructure, DevOps
• Set technical direction for platform architecture, infrastructure, reliability, and tooling
• Balance immediate delivery with long-term investments in infra, automation, tooling, and
• Oversee cloud infra, deployment pipelines, CI/CD, tooling, and platform capabilities in a regulated
• Design and develop AI-powered internal tools to automate tasks and boost productivity.
• Improve developer experience across onboarding, local development, CI/CD, and production workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading and growing engineering teams.
• Strong technical understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, PostgreSQL, CI/CD
• Experience operating production systems with on-call and incident management.
• Ability to set direction across infra and developer experience while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Excellent reliability, observability, security, automation, and production operations knowledge.
