📋 Description

• Own global GEO/SEO strategy, roadmap, and performance objectives.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, playbooks linking search to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing for targeted campaigns.
• Scale programs for AI-powered discovery, coverage of topics and prompts.
• Identify third-party sources to boost AI understanding and placements.
• Lead technical SEO: structured data, entity optimization, crawlability, indexation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GEO/SEO or related field with technical optimization experience.
• Understand AI-enabled discovery and adapt search strategies accordingly.
• Experience measuring AI mentions, share of voice, and prompt performance.
• Familiar with Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, GSC, GA4 or similar tools.
• Analytical, experimental thinker; capable of hypothesis testing and optimization.
• Comfort with using AI tools to accelerate research and execution.
