🎯 Requirements

• Experience building/maintaining talent pools and vetting candidates
• Recruitment experience in customer service, admin, accounting, or sales ops
• Experience recruiting for U.S. market with U.S.-based companies
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with deadlines
• Advanced English, able to communicate professionally
• Work Monday–Friday with overlap US Central Time
