📋 Description

• Direct & Champion-Mediated Enablement: hands-on tech support, training, and mentoring on
• Champion Development: Build the technical capability of AI Champions so they can scale enablement
• Early Adoption: Take ownership of internal systems as test grounds for new solutions; contribute
• AI-focused lifecycle: help teams leverage Claude Code, skills, and Keystone's recommended solutions
• Team collaboration: work with teams to drive sustained, long-term change and coaching through AI

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on engineering background with ability to mentor and coach other engineers.
• Experience enabling engineers and driving adoption in a distributed, multi-location environment.
