📋 Description

• Join global M&A team to support financial and industry analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Perform competitive benchmark analysis by division/country (Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, FTE, Net Debt).
• Update analyses based on latest financial data on a yearly basis.
• Support economic performance, competitive and financial market research for new entry markets and
• Execute regulatory and administrative work streams for M&A transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Student or graduate status in finance/accounting or relevant fields.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Genuine drive and teamwork; career in finance.
• Diligence, attention to detail, independence.
• Comprehensive understanding of MS Office tools (Excel).
