Senior Billing AR Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day billing operations for India team
• Invoice generation, payment application, reconciliations
• Dispute management and AR reporting
• Collaborate with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Collections
• Improve cash velocity and reduce billing exceptions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in billing, AR, cash application and collections
• ERP/billing systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar)
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel with pivot tables)
• AR sub-ledger reconciliations and month/quarter-end close experience
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• UAT testing experience for finance systems; ability to document defects
