- Based onsite at our client in Livingston, UK.
- Drive QA across own label products to meet specifications.
- Conduct Depot Hygiene Audits at set frequencies.
- Sample products to assess taste profiles across food categories.
- Input data and analysis into computer systems.
🎯 Requirements
- HACCP
- Food hygiene certifications
- Temperature legislation/equipment/monitoring
- Food systems and QA experience
- Experience with Excel and warehouse systems
