Endpoint Management Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage devices and apps in Microsoft cloud (Windows/iOS).
• Enroll/configure devices in Intune; deploy/update apps; monitor health/performance.
• Troubleshoot across Windows and iOS environments.
• Lead and coordinate requests, changes and roadmap activities.
• Coordinate Digital Workplace incidents in ServiceNow.
• Provide continuous improvement for systems/products and train teams.

🎯 Requirements

• IT-related education or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a device team within a Microsoft cloud env (Intune); packaging configurations
• Knowledge in Microsoft Autopilot and Autopatch; intermediate PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Robopack or similar application management.
• Security/compliance knowledge for device management in a global company.
• Team player, proactive, fluent in Swedish and English.
