Global Payroll Manager (1 year FTC)

📋 Description

• Lead global payroll transformation projects from planning to go-live and handover.
• Manage workstreams for new-country/entity payroll setup, vendor migrations, and system improvements.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate data mapping, configuration, UAT, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Improve payroll integrations with HR tech, IT, Finance, and vendors (SFTP, bank files, automation).
• Strengthen payroll controls and documentation for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years end-to-end payroll experience across multiple countries in tech/fintech.
• Experience leading payroll transformations, implementations, migrations, or automation projects.
• Strong project-management with requirements gathering, stakeholder mgmt, testing, and post-go-live
• Hands-on with new-country/entity payroll setups and payroll vendor onboarding.
• Payroll-to-GL mapping, journal validation, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, ERP/Finance systems, banking, treasury, SFTP, or related
