IT Support Associate

📋 Description

• Provide helpdesk support in Windows/Mac environments
• Manage desktop systems and applications (MS Office, Firefox)
• Set up/configure desktops and user accounts
• Troubleshoot network, security, and app issues
• Respond to support calls and alerts remotely as needed
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-4 years IT Support experience in corporate office
• Windows OS knowledge; Mac/Linux a plus
• Networking: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
• Security: Data and network security; malware awareness
• Knowledge of Helpdesk tools (ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira)
