📋 Description
- Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across multiple
- Process weekly multi-state timesheets and generate accurate payroll-related reports.
- Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets, reconciliations, and recurring reports on weekly
- Audit and update employee records within the HRIS to ensure payroll data remains accurate and
- Prepare year-end payroll documentation, including W-2 forms, and support required government
- Manage 401(k) contributions and reconcile them against payroll registers.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of U.S. payroll regulations and state employment laws.
- Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP; familiarity with Workday or Deltek Vantagepoint is
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when handling sensitive payroll
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve
