AI First Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable services for high-volume digital marketplace
• Build APIs and backend services in a cloud-native, AI-enabled environment.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into product features and business processes.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Review AI-generated code for security, maintainability, and production readiness.
• Design and maintain distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building production software systems.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, .NET, Ruby, or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and modern software
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response.
