📋 Description

• Lead distributed InfraOps and network team across US and APAC
• Own incident response, MTTR reduction, and runbooks
• Oversee hardware lifecycle across data centers
• Evaluate cloud vs colocation for capacity and cost
• Manage Linux infra stack and monitoring
• Lead capacity planning and vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in infra or data center ops, 2+ years in people mgmt
• Strong bare-metal/colocation experience and logistics
• Expertise in spine-leaf networking, BGP, peering
• Linux ops: systemd, FreeIPA, Ansible/Salt, Zabbix
• Experience with Aerospike, Kafka, ClickHouse, Hadoop
• Experience with AWS, IAM, Route 53; hybrid cloud helpful
