📋 Description
- Lead requirements gathering with client reps to define requirements, processes, workflows, use
- Translate business needs into system requirements and Agile user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize backlogs; support Product Owner in validation.
- Collaborate with solution architects and tech teams on implementation details and release scope.
- Support Scrum ceremonies and develop comprehensive test plans and data.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 5+ years as a Test Engineer in an Agile environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- U.S. citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience: requirements, testing, REST API integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow test management and ATF is highly desirable.
