🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or PM.
• Excellent project-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluent German and English, with strong communication.
• ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS experience is a plus.
