• Lead and develop a team of 8 project managers
• Collaborate with Strategy & Insight to prioritise work
• Establish and improve PM frameworks, governance, and ways of working
• Oversee project execution across the portfolio and manage interdependencies
• Contribute to the Communications Management Team
• Coach project managers and develop communications tools and methods
