📋 Description

• Lead the PV Medical Writing function with high-quality deliverables
• Manage and develop the PV Medical Writing team
• Drive quality, compliance, and inspection readiness
• Provide strategic PV writing expertise to clients and teams
• Support proposals, bid defenses, and client engagements
• Oversee resources, budgets, and service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or healthcare, PhD preferable
• Extensive pharmacovigilance and PV Medical Writing experience with leadership
• Deep knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations; authoring/reviewing aggregate safety
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance, inspections; QPPV or Deputy QPPV responsibilities
• Strong business acumen with proposals, client engagements, and bid defense
• Excellent scientific, regulatory, and analytical capabilities; translating data into documents
