- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices
- Oversee API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) manufacturing unit support
- Develop budgets and liaise with production; ensure policy compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, safety, and finance
- Drive continuous improvement and new product introductions
- Manage external contractors and coordinate audits
🎯 Requirements
- Degree (Level 7+) in chemical engineering or Chemistry
- 8-10 years pharma experience; 2+ years as Engineering Supervisor/Manager
- Experience in active pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Experience with glass-lined vessels, reactors, pumps, heat exchangers, ATEX, solvent handling
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
