📋 Description

• Architect, mature, and govern scalable, secure, high‑performing ServiceNow solutions for Commercial
• Shape transformation for global financial institutions; leverage AI advancements.
• Ensure instance health, reduce technical debt, align to leading practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives; drive AI and
• Guide end‑to‑end ServiceNow architectures across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, CSM, and
• Mentor others and maintain skills/certifications; contribute to platform innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving.
• 10+ years progressive experience in professional services and/or ServiceNow platform teams.
• Experience in operational/implementation leadership on large‑scale ServiceNow deployments.
• 3+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architect roles.
• Knowledge of data modeling, CMDB design, data strategies, platform security, and integrations.
• Cloud application technology experience.
