Mortgage Loan Boarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Review mortgage loan documentation and source data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and
• Set up newly originated and transferred mortgage loans in the servicing platform according to
• Verify critical loan information, including terms, interest rates, payment details, borrower
• Compare boarded information against source documentation, identify discrepancies or exceptions
• Work collaboratively with mortgage origination, closing, accounting, and servicing teams to resolve
• Support post-boarding quality-control activities and maintain accurate, reliable servicing data.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry or a related lending environment, such as
• Demonstrated experience boarding mortgage and/or HELOC loans into a mortgage servicing platform.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing data structures, loan boarding workflows, and
• Experience analyzing loan and servicing data, identifying discrepancies and exceptions, researching
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with the ICE MSP servicing platform is preferred.
