🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with enterprise or SaaS work
• Experience designing AI-powered features
• Proficiency in Figma and design system work
• Strong UX methods: user stories, journeys, wireframes
• Ability to plan and run independent user research
• Clear design communication and facilitation
